Selvador Zgheib is a hospitality marketing leader and enthusiastic entrepreneur, operating at the intersection of hotel brand building, revenue‑driven campaigns and modern, mindset‑based marketing across the UAE and Kuwait. He blends strategic communications, digital presence and event‑led storytelling to elevate hotel brands, F&B concepts and wellness businesses in competitive regional markets.


Current Role and Hotel Portfolio

Selvador Zgheib currently serves as Marketing Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts, leading marketing and communication strategy for one of the flagship Crowne Plaza properties worldwide in Dubai Marina. In this role, he owns PR, media relations, influencer collaborations, digital presence and campaign direction, ensuring that the hotel’s rooms and F&B venues—such as Charm Thai, Connexions and Lo+Cale—are consistently visible, relevant and commercially aligned.


He manages comprehensive marketing plans that support overall revenue growth, overseeing budgets, performance tracking and resource allocation to deliver measurable ROI from brand and demand‑generation initiatives. Through activations, partnerships and in‑house content production, he strengthens guest engagement and keeps the property positioned among Dubai’s leading business and leisure destinations.


Cluster Leadership, Repositioning and Brand Strategy

Before moving to Dubai, Selvador served as Cluster Marketing Manager for Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza in Kuwait, where he led the in‑house transition of marketing operations and built integrated strategies across rooms, SPA Aquatonic and multiple international F&B outlets. In this capacity, he safeguarded brand identity, orchestrated PR and influencer relationships, and optimized online presence across IHG platforms, websites and digital channels to drive both visibility and revenue.


He further strengthened his repositioning and rebranding credentials as Group Marketing Manager at The Palms Beach Hotel & Spa, restructuring the marketing department, managing major launch events and leading a strategic shift of outlets from pure F&B to health and wellness concepts. From developing holding‑company branding, logos and profiles to launching “Palms Catering” and securing coverage in titles such as Al Rai newspaper, he has demonstrated an ability to turn positioning strategies into concrete media presence and commercial outcomes.


Consulting, Campaigns and Marketing Mindset

Beyond hotel roles, Selvador has operated as a marketing consultant for brands such as Element and Autism Partnership Kuwait, where he designed awareness‑driven strategies, influencer campaigns, gala events and educational content around fitness and autism advocacy. These projects highlight his ability to move between hospitality, social impact and lifestyle sectors while maintaining a performance‑oriented, audience‑centric approach.
